On Tuesday 8th and Wednesday 9th November house in New Street Hill were offered steam cleaning of their driveways. The people did not look like professional workers. On Tuesday they were in a lorry with a model heron in the cab (registration not recorded) but on Wednesday they were in a white van registration VE53KRK.
The Bromley Trading Standards and the Safer Neighbourhood Team have been informed.
