Road Safety Cycling and Driving Courses 2014

Cycling
FREE Adult Cycle Training is now available for all adults who live or work in Bromley
Run by National Standard-qualified instructors from the London Borough of Bromley’s Road Safety Unit Cycling Team, sessions cater to all abilities.
Three Bikeability levels available:
Dates available throughout the year at NORMAN PARK, CATOR PARK or PRIORY GARDENS; courses last 2 – 4 hours
Level 1 – Off-road riding, for beginners or those returning to cycling
Level 2 – Riding on quiet roads, for people with some experience in traffic but not confident
Level 3 – Riding on busier roads, for experienced cyclists and those confident in traffic

Cycle Maintenance Course
Taught by City & Guilds-qualified instructor
Covers puncture repair, adjustment of brakes & gears and more

Complete Driving Course

Winter and night time driving
Braking and acceleration techniques
