RE-DEVELOPMENT OF 87-93 OAK TREE GARDENS – NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Bromley Council’s Plans Sub-Committee No 2 will be
holding a meeting prior to the decision by the Planning Inspectorate to
consider any grounds to contest an appeal by the developers (ie grounds for refusal
of the planning application) on THURSDAY 30 JULY at 7 00 PM at Bromley
Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley BR1 3UH.
This is a public meeting and you may attend if you wish to do so. You can view the agenda on the Bromley

If you
have provided comments on the application to Bromley Council, these will be
sent to the Planning Inspector. If you
wish to make further comments, you must do this by TUESDAY 4 AUGUST by sending 3

In
connection with the following amended planning application, the developers have
submitted an appeal to the Planning Inspectorate who will now be making the
decision on the application:
Redevelopment
of land at rear of Nos. 87-93 Oak Tree Gardens to include demolition of No. 91
and retention of No. 89 with minor alterations to roof and Erection of eight 2
1/2 storey, 4 bedroom houses comprising of two terraces of 3 houses, one pair
of semi detached houses and one detached single garage; associated access,
parking, landscaping, cycle storage, refuse and recycling provision (Reference:
14/04443/FULL1).
The changes to the plans are described as:
- removal of the house at No
89
- increasing the width of the
main access
- adjusting the geometry and
turning area
- additional car parking
- additional soft landscaping.
