Burnt Ash Drama Association next production
If you like nothing more than settling down to a good ghost story – then look no further. BADA has unearthed Noel Coward’s classic ectoplasmic encounter - the very inventive and entertaining comedy, ‘Blithe Spirit’.
The play concerns the socialite and novelist Charles Condomine, who invites the eccentric medium and clairvoyant, Mme Arcati, to his house to conduct a séance, hoping to gather material for his next book with the resulting spectral presence causing absolute mayhem.
Please do come along and join us in our familiar haunt and wait for things to go bump in the night...

Network Rail Engineering works March and April 2019
RAILWAY ENGINEERING WORKS
Dear Links Estate resident
You may have received a letter from Network Rail but otherwise you may like to note that essential works will be carried out during the night/late hours on the line between Grove Park station and Chislehurst Tunnel as follows:
From 23:55 hours on Monday 11th March to 05:15 hours on Tuesday 12th March; and
From 17:45 hours on Sunday 7th April to 03:15 hours on Monday 8th April.
The work involves removal and excavation of ballast from the track with heavy machinery which may cause noise disturbance to the local neighbourhood.
If you are planning to travel between these times to or from Grove Park or other local stations, it might be as well to check the timetable nearer the date as a replacement bus service may be operating.
If you have any queries, you can visit the website www.networkrail.co.uk or call the 24 hour helpline 03457 11 41 41.
