Planning Application for 89 - 91 Oak Tree Gardens

Information from the LERA committee regarding the proposed development.
You will be aware I'm sure that the LB Bromley Planning Committee rejected the application for 89 - 91 Oak Tree Gardens. Very good news but of course we wait to see if they appeal.
Would you be kind enough to post the LERA submission on the website with the following text;
Attached is the LERA letter submitted to the LB Bromley objecting to the development at 87 Oak Tree Gardens.
The Councils Planning Committee met on 15th December and refused the application.
