​telephone ​

calls claiming to come from the

ouncil 

​requesting ​

payment

​ of ​

£25 for

​ overweight dustbins.​  Whilst we have no evidence the scam has yet come to Bromley, it has been happening in our neighbour Borough, Bexley.  

If you receive such a call, we suggest you do not divulge any personal information, including confirming your address
