Bromley Charter Market is moving.
Bromley's Charter Market has been running for over 800 years, since 1205, when King John granted a charter allowing a weekly market - and the market is still flourishing! Come and have a look at this historic market!
Details
The Charter Market is situated in Station Road car park and is held every Thursday from 9am to 2pm. It sells a wide variety of goods, including fruit and vegetables, household goods, fashion and haberdashery. Market pitches are licensed but casual traders are welcome from 8am if pitches are available.
The market is relocating......
From 5 July 2012, Bromley Charter Market will be held every Thursday in Bromley High Street, from 9am to 5pm. Market pitches need to be pre-booked in advance as it will no longer be possible to accommodate casual traders.
