LERA has over 500 members representing 80% of households on the Links Estate in the London Borough of Bromley. It was founded in 1991 as a focal point for issues affecting both the Estate and the immediate locality. LERA produces a regular Newsletter which is delivered by our Street Representatives to all our members. Webchat with the Commissioner Thursday 21st June
