It is very easy to report problems to Bromley Council. You can fill in one of the cards available from libraries but it is quicker to use the "Report It" link on the council website.
Once there you can choose the sort of problem you want to complain about. The page looks as follows:-
On this webpage you can click on the link for the type of problem you want to report. For example if you want to report overhanging foliage you would click on Road and pavement problems. This takes you to a page which gives some more details of the types of problems Bromley can deal with. At the bottom of the page is another link:-
Clicking this link opens a form where you can enter the postcode or Street name :-
This will open a map and you can click on the position where the problem is and this places a marker on the map and then opens some boxes for you to fill in Subject, Details, Category, Upload Picture and email. It helps if you can provide a picture. They will send you an email to confirm the problem and let you know when it has been dealt with.
