RE-DEVELOPMENT OF 87-93 OAK TREE GARDENS – PLANNING APPLICATION

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Dear Resident

Bromley Council’s Plans Sub-Committee No 3 will be making a decision on the planning application below at a meeting at Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley BR1 3UH on TUESDAY 9th MAY starting at 7 00PM

This is a public meeting and you may attend if you wish to do so.  The meeting will be held in the Council Chamber.  You can view the agenda and Planning Officer’s report (Agenda Item 4.18) on the Bromley website – www.bromley.gov.uk via ‘Council and democracy’ to the left of the screen.

Please note that the Planning Officer’s recommendation is that the application should be approved.

LERA is opposing the application and our Chair will be speaking on behalf of members.

If you have provided comments on the application to Bromley Council, these will be included in the information submitted to the Committee members to consider.

The planning process does not provide for any opportunity to appeal against approved planning applications.
